Amanda considers herself fortunate to have grown up on the Pacific coast near Encinitas, California. The  ocean has always been her home. A recent UC Santa Cruz graduate with a B.S. in Marine Biology, Amanda connects this love for the ocean with surfing, fishing and diving. Her favorite local surf spots include Cardiff, Blacks, Oceanside and Lowers.

With over 20 years surfing experience and 10 years coaching for Fulcrum Surf, Amanda truly loves to share her sea born expertise in surfing and the ocean.
