In the past we focused our attention on FITNESS, not on WELLNESS. On treating disease, considering the physical body in isolation from the mind, believing it to be healthy regardless of minor signals/early warning signs, if there is no identified disease.
The CHI BALL philosophy (of 5 natural elements) uses pure exercise disciplines T’ai Chi Qi Gong, Yoga and Pilates with the aromatic Chi Ball
